This Saturday’s workshop we will be joined by Nelly Fadil in discussing the benefits of working out and how to do so without straining your body. Exercise is known to improve your body’s physical and neurological function but how much is too much and how does one set goals to avoid injury. More importantly, the impact exercise has as a tool to recover from illness and injury.
